The program is open to small- to medium-sized manufacturers and agricultural-related businesses throughout Pennsylvania that meet the following criteria:

• Total gross annual sales below $100 million
• Total number of employees less than 500

Save $10,000 – Participating facilities will receive 83% off the assessment cost. The cost after the discount is $2,000.
