The program team will conduct a comprehensive review of your facility—both the building and process-related systems— to identify upgrades that could save energy, improve productivity, reduce costs, and reduce waste.

Industrial Energy Assessments Include:

• A facility-wide ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit
• A Level 2 ASHRAE audit is more detailed than a Level 1 “walk-through” audit and includes a more comprehensive analysis of the building’s energy consumption.
• The Level 2 audit includes an analysis of energy bills and energy use patterns over a minimum period of 12 months to understand seasonal variations.
• An on-site technical review of the building envelope, lighting, HVAC, compressed air, process heating, and other systems
• Level 2 audits provide a detailed list of energy conservation measures, along with associated costs and savings analysis.

The program team will combine data from the site assessment, utility bills, and the program application to deliver a customized assessment report, offering:

• A list of recommended upgrades
• An action plan for your facility
• Estimated savings in terms of energy, costs, and greenhouse gas emissions
• Simple payback for each recommendation
• Sources for rebates and incentives that could be applied to upgrades
